St John Ambulance training goes contactless
Conscious of how nervous some of our first aid and fire warden course attendees might feel we set about changing the layout of our venue.
We now provide training where the attendee has their own pod, like going to school in September will be. In each pod you have your own mannequin to do bandaging and your own manikins for practicing CPR. These are cleaned by a team wearing PPE. After your manikin is cleaned, it is put into a 100% degradable bag which you open on the day of your course.
Each attendee receives a student pack which contains unopened training equipment for their own use.
Our main focus is that attendees feel safe and enjoy their training.
