Happy St John Day

St John Ambulance Ireland joins with the wider St John International family in celebrating St John Day each year on 24 June.

As we celebrate St John Day we look at who we are today. We are a family, with all the diversity and differences of any family. We have volunteers from all ages, cultures, nationalities, and genders. We have the rebellious teens, the eccentric uncles, the strict parents. We have volunteers from all areas of society from hospital consultants to young people in primary school. What we all have in common is the desire, willingness and training to give support and assistance to the sick and injured in our community. So today we give thanks for each person who contributes to St John from our volunteers to our exceptional office staff for all they offer. Happy St John Day to all

Gift Certificate

Looking for a unique gift? Why not consider giving a gift of learning a new skill which may save a life. This gift certificate is an ideal present for anyone interested in First Aid or is interested in learning a new skill.

Donate to us

We receive no State funding. We are entirely dependent on contributions from the public and donations made to the Organisation for services rendered by our volunteer members.

All donations, however small, are therefore greatly appreciated.

Volunteer with us

We are always looking for bright and enthusiastic people who enjoy team work and want to learn new skills.

St John Ambulance is made up of volunteers from every walk in life, from those professionally involved with pre-hospital care to people who had no previous experience of first aid prior to joining the organisation.
