How to add an image gallery to your divisional website

  1. Log in to your divisional website dashboard as normal. If you have forgotten how, please click this link

  2. On the left hand side of the page there are a number of items to click. One of these items is FooGallery. FooGallery is a user-friendly image gallery add-on for our website software. Click FooGallery.

  3. Give your gallery a name e.g. Mayo Recruitment Session May 2016. Check Spelling

  4. Click Upload Files from the following screen and upload all of the photos you want to publish, from your computer. Make sure the images are in line with the social media policy and child protection policy. Ensure all images you have uploaded contain captions. Check Spelling

  5. Create your article. Please follow the guidelines at this link

  6. If you wish to add only one image to your website, follow the guidelines at this link.

  7. To insert an image gallery, click to the very end of your article.

  8. Click “Add FooGallery” button, find the gallery you just made, click it once until it turns blue with a big blue tick, and then click “Insert Gallery” button on bottom right. Then click publish and share as normal.
