St. John Ambulance Brigade of Ireland is delighted to announce the next in a series of information nights. The event will be held at Brigade Headquarters at Lumsden House, 29 Upper Leeson Street, Dublin on Tuesday, 10th of April, 2012, at 8PM.
It is open to anyone who is interested in obtaining information about the courses our organisation offers to the community.
The purpose of the information night is to give participants an idea of who we are and what we do. We also outline the further types of training that is available should you choose to join.
We will also briefly explain the objectives of the Brigade and how we serve the community, including the requirements for membership, and the type of training that is available should you choose to join.
There is absolutely no obligation.
We are always looking for bright and enthusiastic people to volunteer with the St John Ambulance Brigade of Ireland. Our vision is that first aid should be readily available to everyone, no matter where they are or what they are doing at the onset of illness.
Our unpaid volunteers come from all walks of life. We have paramedics, doctors and nurses but we also have students, electricians, and engineers. Our courses are open to anyone who shares our ideals and is willing to make a commitment to give up a little of their free time.
To reserve a spot at the meeting, simply fill in the reservation form. If you are unable to attend, but want to get more information about joining, please visit out volunteering page here.
