About Mayo Division

The Mayo Division is the newest member of the St John Ambulance Family in Ireland. The division was founded in 2016 by Member in Charge Michael Corrigan and Deputy Member in Charge Niall McCormick. We provide first aid training and event medical cover across County Mayo, from Basic First Aiders up to Advanced Paramedic cover. Our weekly training is held on Tuesday evenings from 8-10pm at our HQ in the St. Vincent de Paul Building, Pavilion Road, Castlebar.
If you would like to find out more about us and our work, why not call in some evening to meet us? We have a wide variety of members in our division, from those with no previous experience to Health Care Professionals and Emergency Services Personnel! If you would like more information about the services we offer please use the general queries form.

Volunteer for Us

We are always looking for bright and enthusiastic people who enjoy team work and want to learn new skills.

St.John Ambulance is made up of volunteers from every walk in life, from those professionally involved with pre-hospital care to people who had no previous experience of first aid prior to joining the organisation.

Donate to Us

We receive no State funding. We are entirely dependent on contributions from the public and donations made to the Organisation for services rendered by our volunteer members.

All donations, however small, are therefore greatly appreciated.
